Private Breathwork Session (In person or remote) – $100
A one-on-one session is your time to deeply connect with yourself, let go of your thoughts and let your breath and body heal any parts of you that need your attention. A session begins with a brief conversation about any issues you are dealing with or aspects of your life you would like to focus on. This will help you set an intention for the session. I’ll guide you through a period of active breathing set to music (approximately 30 min) that will help move your energy, emotions and parts of yourself that may feel stuck. This is an opportunity for you to move your attention out of your mind and into your heart. After the active breathing, there is a period of rest (approximately 10 min), which allows the energy you have just moved to integrate. Each session is geared specifically towards you. I look forward to sharing this simple yet powerful practice with you!
